KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer Inventory management plans and processes to identify, evaluate and develop organization's inventories through analysis and operations of the replenishment system, in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies
- Apply prescribed process for inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
- Administer end-to-end movement of stock and reconciling in case of discrepancies
- Deliver assigned tasks to manage and monitor the accuracy of weekly data, history, network changes, lead-times, past and future promotional events, new product information, pricing, and customer service performance goals.
- Assist maintain detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
Support coordination with multiple warehouse teams and other supply chain teams like logistics and sourcingPrepare daily deliveries and shipments report to reconcile inventory.

- Comply with established procedures for end-to-end movement of stock and reconciling in case of discrepancies.
- Support general admin tasks to monitor the accuracy of weekly data, history, network changes, lead-times, past and future promotional events, new product information, pricing, and customer service performance goals
- Undertake generally repetitive tasks to prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Under supervision support coordination between Inventory management and multiple warehouse teams and other supply chain teams like logistics and sourcing Assist in reporting daily deliveries and shipments report to reconcile inventory.

About The Employer:
Our client based in Cape Town is looking to acquire an experienced Stock Controller for their site which will be based in Cape Town. The succesfull candidate should possesses the following skills and experience:
- Min of 3 - 5 years experience in Stock Controlling
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Qualifications will be an advantage
- Warehouse experience
- Customer Service driven
- Supply Chain experience will be advantageous
- Computer Literate
